Blue Fish focuses on developing new products in the fish world and provides a variety of different solutions to its customers in Israel and abroad. Among Blue Fish customers, you will find the leading retail chains in Israel, as well as other types of clients, including IKEA shops and many more. Blue Fish’s diverse offerings include selling its own brand products and designing and creating private labels for customers. For private label customers, Blue Fish discloses the prices its suppliers offer the company. The suppliers are carefully selected by Blue Fish, and reliable cooperative solutions have been developed between them. The services offered by Blue Fish include supervising the import procedures from the moment of placing the order through obtaining all the necessary health certificates until the release of the container from holding in the destination port.

Red Meat was established in 2003 when Adom Group started to trade beef bought from importers and sold to businesses that relied on our quality control. This was because we were used to the high standards required when dealing with raw materials in general, particularly beef and lamb. During our work, we have repeatedly encountered problematic quality assurance and a lack of response from importers to our requests to produce meat for us according to our needs (sorting, cutting, packaging, and marking). As a result, we decided to engage in direct meat imports from slaughterhouses in countries exporting to Israel. The road was long and riddled with obstacles, but we overcame them. Today, we present our fine ‘RED MEAT’ new product line. Of all commodity imports, food import is the most complicated. Of all foods, importing fresh meat is the most regulated and complex. We face all relevant authorities in countries of origin and Israel, namely: the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, and the Chief Rabbinate. We have identified a need for systems that require kosher meat import services, whether due to their size or special needs (higher kosher standards), and have started to import for these companies through our delivery service, maintaining high quality while being transparent, fair, and professional.

Our company is specializing in the distribution and marketing to the private market (minimarkets and grocery shops), of about 50 leading suppliers in the Israeli market as well as personally imported products from abroad. Red Grill Services was and still is a unique catering company. This is the first business to have opened Saar Katoa and Erez Kornfeld at the end of the previous millennium. This business outlined the ideological and business foundation for the other companies that were subsequently formed jointly as a conceptual continuation in the same way.

Erez was born and raised in Nir Zvi, Israel, a moshav (village) formerly known as “The Village of Argentina.” From a young age, Erez was inspired by Argentinian cuisine and its profound reverence for high-quality meat. In his days as a sales manager, Erez would come home from work and cook with his grandmother. On Saturdays, they would prepare the famous Argentinian Asado.

Leandro holds an industrial engineering diploma. At Adom Group, he is responsible for the supply chain, logistics, and operations. He also manages quality control on all of the group’s international manufacturing locations. Leandro speaks Hebrew and Spanish. He loves to go hiking in the countryside with his family.
